i found the location central. staff members offered travel tips. the bed was comfortable. the restaurant serves excellent food.
the rooms were very small. there was little space for luggage. only one luggage rack was available.

the central location met my expectations and made it easy to get around.
The breakfast was a letdown. The pastries tasted stale. the coffee machine in the room was broken. i also found some hairs in the bathroom upon arrival, so i doubt it was cleaned well.

i loved the warm welcome with a glass of wine a fitting start for any wine lover. the staff was wonderfully attentive roberto helped with restaurant suggestions and reservations. sofia were really nice when she steamed my dress perfectly. a thoughtful bottle of wine was waiting in my super clean room upon my arrival.
the shower lacked a door causing water to spray onto the floor. it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise good stay.

the location was really good, close to both the metro and key attractions. i found the staff friendly, and they readily helped with directions. the hotel offered a welcome drink, a nice touch after a long journey. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
i noticed there was NO direct car access TO the hotel entrance.
